By creating a social platform that rewarded users for making contributions to sites where they were already comfortable, DRPCLQ and MRM Worldwide removed the participation barrier that previously prevented GardenClub from converting casual viewers into members. A carefully crafted user interface and parameter actuated design added a level of personalization and fun without hindering function.
